dry dock
Shoreham Port offers one of the few remaining dry dock facilities on the South Coast of England.
With a length of 50.5 metres and a width of 8.5 metres, the dry dock can accommodate a variety of vessels including tugs, fishing boats, workboats, large pleasure craft and others. Water and electricity (single and three phase) is available at the dockside.
Experienced marine and engineering personnel carry out docking and unlocking operations and ensure that the dock is maintained including common user weighbridges in a dry condition.
Customers can either make their own arrangements for maintenance and repair work, or local engineering companies can be brought in to work on their vessels.
